This explains what MythGG collects, why, and who else sees it.

What we collect

When you order: your email address, what you bought, the amount, and the blockchain transaction. We do not see or store card numbers — we do not take cards.

When you contact support: whatever you write to us, on the shop, Discord, WhatsApp or Telegram, along with the account name or number you wrote from.

When you visit: our shop platform records standard server logs — IP address, browser, pages visited — to keep the site running and to detect fraud.

We do not ask for identity documents, and we do not want them. Do not send them.

Why we keep it

• To deliver what you bought and to prove we delivered it.
• To answer support tickets and to know what was already said to you.
• To investigate chargebacks and fraud.
• Because tax and accounting rules require records of sales.

Who else sees it

• SellAuth, the platform that runs the shop and processes orders.
• Our support assistant. First replies in chat are often drafted by an automated assistant built on Anthropic's models. What you write in those conversations is sent to Anthropic to generate the reply. Anthropic does not train its models on it. Anything involving an order, a payment or a refund is passed to a person.
• Discord, WhatsApp and Telegram, if you contact us there, under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records and delivery proof: 5 years. US tax rules set no single figure — the IRS generally expects three years, and longer in some situations — so we pick a period and keep to it. Support conversations: 12 months. Server logs are kept by the platform for its own retention period.

Your choices

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete what we are not required to keep. Deleting your support history does not delete an order record we have to keep for tax.

Children

The shop is not for under-18s. If you believe a child has bought from us, contact us and we will delete their data.

Changes

We will update this page when what we do changes, and the date at the top with it.
