Refund Policy

Last updated: 21 September 2026

The short version

If the account does not match its listing, or the login details do not work, you get a replacement or your money back. If you bought it, received it, and then changed your mind, you do not.

When we replace or refund

Open a ticket within 48 hours of delivery and we will sort out any of the following:

  • The login details do not work.
  • The account does not match its listing — the rank, the skins, or the account age are not what we described.
  • The account was recovered by its previous holder before you were able to secure it, and you secured it promptly after delivery.
  • We could not deliver at all.

We will offer a replacement account of the same tier first. If there is nothing suitable in stock, you get a refund to the payment method you used.

When we do not refund

  • You changed your mind after receiving working login details. These are digital goods; once the credentials are sent they cannot be un-sent.
  • You did not change the password or bind the account after delivery, and it was recovered later.
  • The account was suspended or banned by Activision after delivery. Selling game accounts is against their terms, and that risk is described in our Terms of Service. We cannot refund a publisher's decision.
  • You shared the credentials with someone else.
  • You report a problem more than 48 hours after delivery, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Crypto refunds

Payments are in cryptocurrency, so refunds are too. A refund is sent in the same coin, to an address you give us, for the amount received. Network fees and the exchange rate between your payment and the refund are not covered — we return the coin, not a dollar value.

Orders that never completed

If you sent payment and no order appeared, open a ticket with the transaction hash. Underpaid and unconfirmed payments are common and usually recoverable. Nothing here limits that.

How to ask

Open a ticket on the shop with your order email or order ID, and what went wrong. Screenshots help. A person reads it.

Your statutory rights

Consumer law in the United States may give you rights beyond this policy, including a right to cancel some digital purchases. Nothing here removes them.
